Salon Level at D3

D3 Salon Level is a newly renovated large mezzanine level dedicated to personal service entrepreneurs such as hair stylists, lash technicians, nails, eyebrows, tattoo, massage, and therapy. We even have a few art studios taking advantage of all the natural light.
