The balance of the security deposit must be paid within sixty days. Pets are not allowed unless landlord provides tenant with a written exception. Smoking is not allowed. Applicants with cars should understand that it is difficult to find consistent parking near our building during the day. Rent includes heat and water. Tenants are responsible to pay for electricity, telephone, cable and internet. The building is located in a public wireless Internet zone which is often used by tenants for Internet service free of charge. However, Pelican does not provide nor guarantee this service. Tenant will be required to sign a minimum six month lease prior to move-in. Any deposit paid to hold an apartment will be applied as a security deposit upon move-in, however it will not be refunded if applicant chooses not to take possession of the apartment.
